Is the 4th level even possible? even without the enemies that one jumps seems undoable.

Pretty cool! I'd add a way to quickly restart since hitting a wall pretty much guarantees you won't catch up in time. In fact, braking seems kind of pointless to that extent, but maybe you have to rack up time to be able to recover. It is possible I didn't get a high enough score yet.

Yeah, the quick restart is a good idea. Thanks for playing!

What the fuck

Randomly clicked on this in the Under Judgment section just because I thought the thumbnail was interesting. I really enjoyed it! Not sure if Lucia is an author self-insert or not but as a character in the "game" she is very likeable. I found myself more fond of her than the player character seemed to be, LOL. I've never been a big fan of cryptic writing because I like understanding stuff and it makes me feel dumb but I think I was able to wrap my head most of the ideas at play, except for the "jumpscare room" shit and the whole lighthouse debacle (but I kinda dig lighthouses so I thought it was cool anyways). I just started "The Morning After" segment but I'm already a few hours into this and it's 5:30 in the morning so I might just edit this later after I go to sleep and finish it.

SMALL TECHNICAL ISSUE: It might've been intentional or just an issue on my end, but during the spear summoning scene PenPy couldn't load an image called shielding_CG or something like that. I would be very sad if I missed out on a cool CG. :(

Thank you so much for the review! I will admit candidly much of myself is in her but I wouldn't say she's completely a self-insert. The project began that way for me as something more autobiographical and that did fewer fantastical or weird things but, as the scope expanded, I think of her as someone dealing with similar things to me in ways I couldn't and wouldn't. I hope you enjoy the rest of it!

Huge whoops as to the image! I will correct that ASAP; thank you for giving me what amounts to a heads up. This was my first project, I think I see what I did wrong, and I am still clumsy and new with Python.

Short but sweet. Makes me wonder if you could do something like this on a larger scale where you play an RPG with a move limit given at the start of the game.

Really good! The character models and environments look really nice, although I do admit that the game is a bit too slippery considering the platforming requires a bit of accuracy.

Gameplay, art, and sound design and all simple but pleasant. I like this style of pixel art.

Has potential, but it feels like bullets often don't hit when they should and the difficulty may be a bit too high early on, but that may just be a skill issue for me, LOL.
The art looks really good, and I really appreciate the character designs here. This game seems like a lot of fun with a little tweaking.

Nice animation, replicates the BFDI style well. It is rather short, but half the point of these types of games is just to have some funny gags, so it's not a bad thing. Maybe you could integrate actual NG medals into the game?

Wonderful atmosphere. Speaking of spheres, the ball is great to control, too.
